The latest iteration now integrates Gen AI as well as full-fledged Marketing Automation, Multi-Channel Orchestration, Best Day & Time of the Week orchestration, and fallback channel logic on the campaign side. On the CRM analytics side, we used this extensively to maximize store revenue, minimize marketing communication costs, and maximize outreaches and deliveries. We also used this to forecast revenue from campaigns and to find small and large segments that effectively fulfill business goals.
