SOLUS makes it possible for business users to browse underlying customer data, and see distributions and basic stats instantly. For instance, view the distribution on the Frequency variable, see the Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviation. Apply conditions on any variable to isolate customers – for instance, customers with frequency between 2 and 10. Do this on ‘00s of variables, including basic RFM, preferences, response, propensity scores and recommendations, transactions and more.

SOLUS Provides multiple ways to Brew segments a Venn tool that allows you to combine sets of customers in infinitely flexible ways to come up with new combinations. For instance – Customers with multiple transactions, who haven’t transacted in 365 days, and have a preference for Category A products.

SOLUS Provides a pre-curated bank of dozens of segments that can be a great starting point for any campaign planning.

Profile

SOLUS allows for Profiling of Segments. Select a Target segment that you want to profile, select a Base segment that you want to profile it against, select Profiling variables and you’re done! For instance profile Weekend shoppers against the Weekday shoppers. Outputs include Index values which give you how much the Target segment is over or under-indexed compared to the Base segment.
